Product description of the mango processing line
The mango processing line is a comprehensive system designed for handling and processing mangoes into various products. The process begins with the sorting and grading of the mangoes to ensure only high-quality fruits are used. The mangoes are then washed to remove any dirt or impurities before proceeding to the next stage.
In the next stage, the mangoes are peeled and deseeded. This can be done manually or using specialized machines that efficiently remove the skin and separate the flesh from the seed. The peeled and deseeded mangoes are then ready for further processing.
The next step involves processing the mangoes into the desired product form. For mango pulp, the peeled and deseeded mangoes are crushed or pulped to extract the juice and pulp.
